Damages or Incorrect Items

To process any claim, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit at our discretion. We do not provide refunds.

European Union Notice

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to customized or made-to-order items. As our products are considered final sale, cancellations or returns are not accepted once the order has been processed.
